An Online Conversation on Housing and Homelessness

The lack of affordable housing and levels of homelessness across Canada are at crisis levels in urban and rural communities. Indigenous people continue to experience a generational housing crisis both on and off reserves. You are invited to join and engage with a panel of folks from United Church Community ministries, Indigenous ministries, and the Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness.
Three United Church representatives who attended the Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness Conference in Edmonton on November 4-6, 2019, will share some of their learnings: Tessa Blaikie Whitecloud, Executive Director, 1JustCity, Winnipeg; Ekua Asabea Blair, Executive Director, Massey Centre, Toronto; and Lois Irvine, Board member, Coverdale Centre for Women, Saint John.
