The Progressive Learning Circle (PLC), a Ministery of Bells Corners United Church in Ottawa, is pleased to announce its second Conference. On Saturday, the Key Note speaker will be the Rev. Dr. 
Cheri DiNovo, speaking on a theme of From Charity to Social Action: Working Together to Create A Just Society. On Sunday, the Rev. DiNovo will be part of an Interfaith panel, further discussing the theme and emergent questions. See the attached pamphlet for registration and further information.
