The play 12: a collective theatre creation with youth, sparked by their passion for the planet

During worship service (10:30 am-12:00 pm), Southminster United will be hosting the play 12 by Kristina Watt, Artistic Director and Founder of 100 Watt Productions. Not to be missed, this event is part of Southminster’s Green Lent Sunday Worship Series.

An award-winning theatre artist, Kristina’s many works involve youth, and are inspired by her passion about nature, our planet and our relationship to it. The theatre production 12 is such an example (view trailer.) The play is performed by and about young people giving them a voice in the current climate crisis. 12 has been performed in several venues, including the Great Canadian Theatre Company, and was recently featured in the Ottawa Citizen.
