Licensed Lay Worship Leaders

Licensed Lay Worship Leaders are members of the laity who feel a call to preaching and worship leadership. A Lay Licensed Worship Leader provides occasional worship leadership and preaching within the bounds of the Eastern Ontario Outaouais Regional Council when the regular called or appointed minister is unable to do so in a pastoral charge.

Learn more in this EOORC – LLWL Policy 2019(1) booklet, designed to inform you about the rich resource of Licensed Lay Worship Leaders in the Eastern Ontario Outaouais Regional Council.

The “Licenced Lay Worship Leader Leadership Team” is responsible for the oversight of LLWLs within our Regional Council.  If you have any questions about becoming a Lay Licenced Worship Leader, or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact Rev. Whit Strong, Regional Minister for Pastoral Relations.
