Helping to protect our watersheds

Members of Carleton Memorial United Church (CMUV) in partnership with Watersheds Canada invite Ottawa residents to learn about invasive species and the benefits of native pollinator plants. There will be a tour on Wednesday, October 18 from 1-3:00 with tentative plans to remove invasive buckthorn in parkland in neighbouring Nesbitt Creek in the Carleton Heights area, close to CMUC. The tour will commence in the church parking lot at 740 Melfa Crescent just off Princes of Wales Drive. Below is the link to register:
