Nikki began attending First United Church in Ottawa the Fall of 1995 and was hired by them in the Fall of 2019 to help lead the children’s program. She now works as First’s Intergenerational Coordinator.

Nikk’s faith has never faltered since she declared to her preschool teacher who made a comment about playing by herself that, “I am playing with God.” Through struggles and joys, church and faith has been her constant. Nikki feels blessed and honoured to be entrusted with walking on the faith journey with so many in EOORC.
