Southminster United Beeswax Wraps Workshop

Are you working towards zero waste in your home? Reusable and sweetly-scented beeswax cloths are a great alternative to plastic wrap and Ziploc bags. Darla Barrows, Children’s Programming Director at Southminster United, will be leading a beeswax wraps workshop for the general public. This event is part of Southminster’s Green Lent Series.

All materials will be provided, but if you have a 100% cotton fabric with a nice design you would like to use, please feel free to bring it. Fabric size should be no larger than 12 x 12 inches with a tight weave. Class size is limited, so please register by contacting the church office at 613-730-6874 or suc@rogers.com.
