Rev. Victoria Andrews serves as Regional Minister for Pastoral Relations. Ordained in 2007, she has served in pastoral and regional ministry across Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. Her ministry centres on fostering healthy relationships, navigating transitions with care, coaching ordered and lay leaders, and building life-giving systems that support ministers and communities in their shared life and work. She holds certificates in conflict resolution and mediation, change management, and nonprofit board consulting, with additional training in interim ministry and as an EQ-i 2.0/360 facilitator, among others. Victoria brings compassion, curiosity, and creativity to her work, helping the church nurture the life, health, and possibilities that sustain faithful, effective, and theologically-informed ministry. A certified yoga instructor, she values embodied practices that integrate mind, body, and spirit. She enjoys time with her family, the beauty of the outdoors, and finds joy in learning, reflection, and conversation that open new possibilities.
