The EOORC 2022 Fall Meeting will be held on November 5th at Bells Corners United Church, Nepean, Ontario.

Registration and Community Time will begin at 9:00 a.m. and the meeting will officially open at 9:30 a.m.

In addition to the an EOORC budget update and some other business, there will be presentations from Rev Peter Bartlett, who will provide an update on the feedback received at the Annual Meeting in May from the group discussions about Living Into New Structures. There will also be reports from Multi Faith Housing, Camp Awesome and the General Council Office.

You are welcome to purchase lunch from Bells Corners United Church, or you can provide you own.

Coffee and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

The last hour of the meeting will be a time to celebrate Rev Rosemary Lambie’s tenure a Executive Minister and send her on her way to retirement.

It is highly recommended that masks be worn in the sanctuary, particularly when singing, and when meeting in smaller groups throughout the day.
