100th Anniversary Quilt

Would your community of faith like to host the 100th Anniversary Quilt?

As part of our 100th Anniversary Celebrations, communities of faith throughout EOORC created quilt squares to make a special quilt. It was quilted by the quilting group at St. John’s United Church, Kemptville. The quilt is available for a tour of the region this spring, summer and autumn.

New for 2026: The quilt comes with materials for a worship service! You are welcome to use these materials if you would like to have a quilt-themed service. The worship resources were created by Rev. Dr. Teresa Burnett-Cole. They are free to use for congregations and communities of faith in EOORC for the purpose of worship services. If you use these resources, please credit Rev. Dr. Teresa Burnett-Cole as the author of these resources.

Details:

Pick up and drop off will normally be at Bell’s Corners United Church Ottawa, where Dana Ducette has office space. This will be coordinated by regional staff, not the Bells Corners office administrators. (Depending on where the quilt is at other times, it may be possible to deliver the quilt or have a closer pick up point if Ottawa is a fair distance for you.)
