Ministry and Personnel (M&P) Workshop

EOORC is hosting an M&P (Ministry and Personnel) workshop on May 23rd from 9:30am -12:30pm. It will be online via Zoom.

Are you a member of your congregation’s M&P Committee? This workshop is for you, whether you are a new or long-serving member of the M&P Committee. Ministry Personnel are also welcome to join in this workshop.

We will talk about the roles and responsibilities of the M&P Committee, as well as issues of salary, vacation, position descriptions, sabbaticals, conflict resolution, annual reviews, and other topics that will come before an M&P Committee.

This workshop is hosted by EOORC Pastoral Relations Minister Rev. Victoria Andrews (VAndrews@united-church.ca), but it is also open to folks from ECORC and Nakonha:ka Regional Councils.
