Fall Meeting – Registration Registration for Fall Meeting This registration form is for EOORC’s fall business meeting on Saturday, October 24th. The meeting will be at Manotick United Chuch and via Zoom. This form is not for the Celebration of Ministries service or the campfire/overnight at Rideau Hill Camp. The Celebration of Ministries service will be on Friday October 23rd at 7pm. It will be at Manotick United Church and streamed on YouTube. There is no need to register for the Celebration of Ministries. There will also be a campfire and the possibility to stay overnight at Rideau Hill camp. (The exception being the choir/chancel area at the front of the sanctuary.) There is an elevator which goes to up to the sanctuary and upper hall, as well as down to the lower hall. There is a wheelchair accessible and gender neutral washroom on the upper level, and the washrooms on the lower floor will become single-user and gender-neutral for the duration of this event. As usual, we will have headsets available for translation and amplification. We encourage everyone to use these. If you have any other questions or would like to share information that could help us make the meeting more accessible to you, please let us know below. Please note that there are a limited number of parking spots in the church parking lot. Coffee, Tea, Juice This lunch is available at the cost of $20. If you would like to sign up for the chili lunch, please register by October 8th. You are welcome to choose between vegetarian and meat chili. There will be a gluten-free option available. Unfortunately, we are not able to safely accommodate other allergies or intolerances for this lunch. You are welcome to bring along your own lunch, or there are a variety of restaurants in Manotick. Coffee and tea are available for everyone, regardless of whether you’ve signed up for lunch.Would you like to purchase the chili lunch?
